We offer a friendly return policy for customers who are not satisfied with their products. Please follow these guidelines in the event that you may want to return/exchange your product.

Please contact us before sending any returns. You must use a return authorization number for any return to our store. 

  1. Please email us for a refund or exchange within 3 days of arrival, include a reason for a Return and at the same time take a picture for our reference
  2. Upon receipt of the parcel, please examine your ordered item carefully. If you received a poor-quality product or a wrong product other than the one you ordered, please take photos of the item and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. Then we will resend a new item to you or issue a refund for you.
  3. If you want to return the product just because you do not want it, please notice that the return shipping fee is at your expense. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
  4. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your interest, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please note that a 6% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. The replacement will be shipped out only after the returned item has been received. After we receive your returned parcel, we will contact you. Please allow up to 7 working days to process your return.
